Paralegal (Corporate)

About the Role:

Legal Link Recruitment Ltd is seeking a skilled and motivated Corporate Paralegal to join a leading law firm in the City of London. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with experience in corporate law, including mergers, acquisitions, and regulatory compliance. You’ll be supporting a busy team of corporate lawyers on high-profile transactions.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with corporate documents, including shareholder agreements and board resolutions.
• Conduct legal research and due diligence.
• Collaborate with attorneys on complex transactions.
• Handle confidential client data professionally.

Desirable

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or relevant field; paralegal qualification preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of corporate law experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Basic knowledge of Clio or iManage case management software
